Cosmic Heart is a 125-day deconditioning journey using deep transformational healing techniques to clear energy that is stuck in the gates, channels and centers of your human design (your energetic blueprint). We’ll work through each gate and channel in your waking and sleep chart, centers, variables, and circuitry clearing conditioned energy and patterns that have held you back. Not at all! Cosmic Heart is open to everyone, whether you’re new to Human Design or have been exploring it for years. You will receive detailed information about the daily focus area delivered to your membership area and course platform.
Each daily clearing is designed to be short and accessible, usually around 12-20 minutes. The live breathwork sessions are a bit longer (60-75 minutes) but will be scheduled in advance to fit into your week. Cosmic Heart is structured to fit seamlessly into your day, giving you deep healing without overwhelming your schedule.
No problem! Because you have lifetime access, you can alway start the program at your own pace when you have time. If you miss a clearing, either double-up the next day or skip a day. However, it's not suggested to do more than 2 energy clearings in a day unless you frequently do energy work on yourself or with a practitioner.
When you clear conditioned energy, it frees you to make choices and take actions from a place of true alignment. You’ll feel more confident, attract clients who resonate with your authentic energy, and move forward in your business with ease and clarity. Absolutely! You can start Cosmic Heart when you're ready! The clearing sessions will continue to be released each day but you can listen to them as you are able to. The only suggestion I make is to listen to them in order the first time you go through the program. After you go through the program once, you can use the clearings whenever you want. For example; if you're feeling blocked to self-love one day, you can go to the Gate 10 clearing to help release the energies of that gate.
However, you must sign up before the deadline to get lifetime accesses and bonuses.
Nope! Your gates, channels and centers are conditioned whether you have them defined or undefined. The clearings remove the energies that need to be removed at the time. Remember that energies are layered so continuous clearings are important!
